By entering the competition, it is deemed that the entrant accepts the terms and conditions stated below.

Prize cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

One entry per person, no bulk or third-party entries, unless the rules of the competition state so.

No responsibility can be taken for any lost or delayed entries.

Winner must be 18 years old or over.

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and will be notified by email.

The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.

1. The Promotion is run by Laundrapp Limited (the “Promoter”).

2. The Prize is provided by Laundrapp Limited (the “Prize Provider”), 21 Dartmouth Street, London, SW1H 9BP

3. This Giveaway is open to persons legally resident in the UK and residing in Laundrapp serviced regions excluding the employees of the Promoter, the Prize Provider, the Prize Provider’s group of companies or their immediate families, associated agents, or anyone associated with the administration of this Giveaway. 

4. The Giveaway period commences on 17 June and closes at midnight on 17 July (the “Giveaway Period”). It must be redeemed within 12 months of the competition close date.

5. Only one code for the winner will be permitted. No third party or joint submissions will be accepted. 

6. To enter the giveaway and be in with a chance of winning the prize, participants should answer the specific question set by the competition host

7.  One participant who enter correct and valid applications will be picked by random by Square Mile on 18 July 2015.

8. The prize of “three month of laundry” is quantified as six vouchers redeemable up to the value of £25 each. The winner will be required to set up an account with Laundrapp via the Laundrapp app or on the website in order to use the vouchers.

9. The Promoter and the Prize Provider do not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.

10. By entering this Giveaway, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them and the requirements in any other promotional material.

11. The winner will be notified by email and will be supplied with dedicated codes. The winner will then need to personally redeem the  prize by using the code via the Laundrapp app. On the checkout screen within the app, shake your device and the voucher code box will appear. The code should be entered in this box to redeem your £25 money off voucher. Laundrapp does not accept responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

12. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another prize of equal value in the event the original Prize offered is not available for reasons beyond its control. 

13. The final Prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part and the Prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. The Prize may not be resold. 

18. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Promoter and the Prize Provider exclude:

(a) all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied; and

(b) any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any Participant in connection with this Giveaway. This shall not be deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Promoter, the Prize Provider, or their employees or agents.

19. Please retain these terms and conditions for future reference. Alternatively further copies are available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter.

21. The Promoter and the Prize Provider will not be held liable to any participants or Winning Applicants for any fraud committed by any third party nor in an event beyond its control.

22. Data protection: the Promoter and the Prize Provider are committed to protecting the privacy of participants. Any information collected in connection with this Giveaway will only be used by the Promoter, the Prize Provider, or their agents for the purposes of marketing or administering this Giveaway and future promotions or publicity material relating to this Giveaway. 

23. By participating in this Giveaway all participants hereby consent to participate in any reasonable publicity or promotional events and activities accompanying and resulting from the Giveaway required on behalf of the Prize Provider if so requested.

24. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter and/or the Prize Provider may at its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfill any prize award.

25. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Giveaway (including these Terms and Conditions). 

26. In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s or the Prize Provider’s decision will be final in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.

27. The Giveaway is governed by the Laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
