The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and will be notified by email.
The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.
1. This free to enter competition is run by Classic Historic Racing Ltd, Sweetapple House, Catteshall Road, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 3DJ.
2. For the purpose of these Terms, the ‘Promoter’ is Classic Historic Racing Ltd
3. All information on how to enter this competition that is not contained in these terms and conditions shall also form an integral part of these terms and conditions. In the event of conflict or ambiguity, the conflicting term set out herein shall apply.
4. This competition is open to UK residents only of 18 years of age or older.
5. The closing date for entries is July 25 2016.
6. All participants warrant, undertake and where applicable agree that, any image uploaded must be original and comply with the applicable terms of use; no image uploaded shall be defamatory, contain nudity or be contrary to applicable law, all images are the exclusive property of the participant, the permission of all persons featured in any image(s) uploaded have been obtained including parents/guardians of children under 18 years old (and any such parents/guardians have complied with any legal requirements necessary to authorise use of the image(s) of the children in accordance with these terms and conditions to use their image for the purposes described in these terms and conditions.
7. Participants understand and agree that any social media sites which host this competition (e.g. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) do not in any way sponsor, endorse or administer this competition and are further in no way associated with it. As such participants, by entering this competition, completely release all social media sites from any liability to the participant arising from or as a result of participant’s participation in this competition, the image(s) do not infringe any rights, but not limited to, copyright of any third party or any laws including privacy laws.
8. You consent to the Promoter using the images uploaded on its own website and any other social media site or other media form in perpetuity to promote the brand Silverstone Classic. You agree for your name to be used on our social platforms as way of announcing the winner in the form Mr/Mrs/Ms [Surname] from [Town].
9. The prize will be four adult day tickets to the Silverstone Classic on 29 July 2016.
10. Participants may submit only one entry during the promotion period.
11. One winner will be picked within xx days of the stated competition closing date/time and the winner will be notified within 14 days by email. The winning entry will be selected on the basis of being the best story that showcases the Silverstone Classic as a family event.
12. Entries after the closing date/time will not be counted
13. Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no cash alternative.
14. Transport to and from the prize location is not included as part of any prizes and the winner must make his/her own arrangements.
15. No employee, suppliers or affiliates of Promoter can enter the competition/be chosen as the winner.
16. This competition is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
