Exclusive Mustard Boutique to Open in Spitalfields

This July, a world of mustard will arrive in London as the Maille Mustard Boutique opens its doors in our culinary capital.

Open for one week only in the heart of Old Spitalfields Market, the Boutique will invite guests to try a huge variety of mustards, enjoy delicious mustard-inspired dishes and learn everything there is to know about how the humble mustard seed can transform the simplest of meals.

Taking inspiration from the established Maille Boutiques in Paris and Dijon, visitors to the Old Spitalfields Market Boutique will be able to:

• Liven up their lunchtimes by tasting authentic artisan mustards, including a unique house blend, fresh from Maille’s mustard pumps
• Experiment with a choice of weird and wonderful flavour combinations
• Meet Maille’s mustard experts and learn how mustard is made

By night, the Boutique will be transformed into an exclusive Supper Club venue, treating media and select guests to a unique dining experience. The Boutique will be open from Wednesday 13th to Sunday 17th July and will be located in Old Spitalfields Victorian market hall.

Maille, France’s premium mustard maker, will be opening the Boutique to celebrate its new range of mustards, sauces and condiments being launched this year. Drawing on 260 years of heritage, Maille’s range features the classic ‘Dijon Originale Mustard’ and ‘Mayonnaise with a hint of Mustard’. The full Maille collection, now available in the UK, also includes an array of sauces and vinegars, including a new aïoli and tartare sauce.
