Private Viewing of Willie Christie's Limited Edition Collection at Eight Bank

City Members club, Eight are hosting renowned fashion photographer Willie Christie's private exhibition at their Bank venue, located in the heart of the City.

Highlights will include the rare opportunity to see images from the 70's and 80's fashion and music worlds such as Christie's controversial Vogue Jelly cover of 1969, unseen pictures of his ex wife Grace Coddington (creative director of Vouge magazine) and photos of other style icons including David Bowie and Lynn Kohlman from various film sets and fashion shoots.

Christie's acclaimed photograph taken of Mick Jagger behind-the-scenes at the Rolling Stones concert in Hyde Park (1969) will also be on display. It was more than 30 years ago that Christie made attempts to capture the band's new guitarist, Mick Taylor, but in the process managed to photograph a distant-looking Jagger which would become his best ever shot.

To complete the evening, Christie will give a special talk to guests on his work iconic images that span the 70's and 80's.
