Square Mile Magazine host Henley's Finest Garden Party to celebrate the Regatta

The most famous regatta in the world, Henley Royal Regatta is one of the highlights of both the summer sporting calendar and the social season. First held in 1839, the event now attracts thousands of visitors over a 5 day period with more than 200 races including Olympic and international crews.

We are proud to present the connoisseurs Garden Party for the Henley Regatta from 6pm on the evenings of Saturday June 30th. This elegant event, run in association with Square Mile Magazine, will see the finest clientele from celebrities to VIPs in sumptuous riverfront surroundings.

Three Barns is situated in a peaceful, secluded position on the bank of the river on the edge of Henley. This is the first time the private residence has been opened to the public, and the 2 acres of grounds will provide the perfect backdrop for the event.

Waitresses welcome guests with champagne amongst a driveway showcasing the finest cars in association with Concours d'Elegance. Inspired by the salons of the 18th Century, Concours d'Elegance brings together some of the world's finest artisans, designers and manufacturers in an event held each July at the Hurlingham Club.

The stunning 1.5 acre garden is hosted by Sincura Lifestyle, generally regarded as London’s leading Concierge and Events Company. With 400 guests, the garden is the perfect backdrop for the evening, from fire pits for larger groups to the romantic riverfront gazebos for a more intimate experience.

Garden entertainment is headlined by leading Soprano Kate Dowman. Having sung opera around the world and often referred to as the new Katherine Jenkins, Kate has recently released her debut album and is involved in a TV documentary. Kate has performed at venues from the Sydney Opera House to Selfridges and provided private performances for a celebrities including Goldie, Aled Jones, Brian Conley and Madonna.

The sunken gardens will be transformed into a Mecca to Lebanon from Shisha Pipes and entertainment to a pop-up restaurant and barbeque hosted by Layalina, Knightsbridge. Joining us from their exclusive Beauchamp Place location beside Harrods, Layalina is renowned as London’s finest Lebanese restaurant, and this will be their first ever excursion outside London.

As well as champagne, a complimentary drinks reception of Pimms and Brothers Cider welcomes guests from 6pm to 7pm. After this time a 360 degree bar in the main garden hosted by Brothers Bars will provide drinks for all tastes throughout the event.

As well as roulette and snooker, the games room will be displaying rare and exclusive original artwork by Banksy and Damien Hirst, much of which has never been shown in public before.

For jewellery lovers we will be showcasing the latest collections from Henley’s finest bespoke jewellers Astrid Melissa.

A 10.30pm firework display will mark the start of the afterparty hosted by DSTRKT, the £25 million venue in the heart of Piccadilly Circus and the newest edition to London's exclusive clubs. The partners of Brompton Brands, who brought you Whisky Mist, Mahiki and The Brompton Club joined the founders of Buddha Bar & Restaurant in Vienna to create the stunning venue and we are delighted to welcome them to Henley as their first ever excursion outside London. Expect the worlds' best DJ's, a saxophone player and fire dancers to entertain you to the small hours.
