On Saturday 8 October Londoners can take part in a record-breaking feast. Over the course of 1,000 minutes (or 16 hours, 40 minutes) 100 individual dishes will be served to over 100 guests.
La Belle Assiette is embarking on this marathon to showcase the range of skills and talents of its chefs. All the chefs cooking on the day will be offering their tasting menu on labelleassiette.co.uk so if you miss out on tickets you can enjoy the experience at home. Provided you can be bothered to cook.
Every one of the 100 courses has been designed to pair with Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne. All guests can sip on champagne cuvées from breakfast at 9am through to the midnight feast. If you’re going for the full 1,000 hours, we suggest you pace yourself on the bubbly.

To join in for 1.5 hours for nine courses and champagne will cost £49. You can choose the meal and time of your preference.
