This hugely popular festival of architecture is back for its 23rd year this September, encouraging Londoners to have a nosy around some of the capital’s most striking buildings for free. Iconic structures open to the public this time around include the Gherkin and the BT Tower, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.
