Square Mile are proud sponsors of the WeAreTheCity's Top 100 Rising Star Awards, which celebrate female talent operating below senior or middle management level. It aims to highlight the achievements of 100 future leaders and role models across 20 different industries and professions, ranging from banking and consultancy to sport and technology.
The winners have now been announced and the top five for each category will be celebrated at an awards ceremony on 30 June at Barclays HQ in London.
Over 28,000 public votes were received for the 200 shortlisted nominee across 112 countries.
This year's winners included Ebi Obode from RBS and Lauren Garey from JP Morgan. Not only do the awards draw attention to future industry stars, they also have a big part to play in changing wider perceptions and opening up new opportunities.
