Hipsters have been gushing over the minimalist aesthetic of Anglo-Swedish watch label Larsson & Jennings since the watches first appeared on the scene four years ago.

Now, for trendy kids that take telling the time just as seriously as they do their wardrobe, the brand has launched its first range of Swiss-made automatic watches.

The range still honours its usual uber chic Scandi aesthetic, but bumps up the luxury factor by incorporating a sweeping second hand and a date window, brought together by a 21 jewel ETA2892.A2 mechanical movement.

The seriously good-looking series, which comes in four colourways – black and gold; stainless steel and white; matte black; matte steel and black – is a boutique exclusive and will be sold at the brand’s flagship stores at 53 Monmouth St, London and 26 Prince Street, New York.

Hipsters: we've just found you your newest wrist candy…
