Cocktail of the Week: Patrón Sundae Girl

The Patrón Sundae Girl could probably be a desert if you really wanted it to be; a mix of vanilla ice cream and Patrón XO Cafe guaranteed to enhance your sunny experience. (That's a promise.) 

For the cocktail you'll need the following ingredients:

• 40ml Patrón XO Cafe
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• Coca-Cola
• Whipped cream
• Maraschino cherries
• Chocolate syrup

Best of all this doesn't take a culinary genius to put it all together. In fact even your average graduate could do a good job of it. All you need to do is fill a sundae glass with the vanilla ice cream, then top with Patrón XO Cafe, Coca-Cola and add whipped cream. Easy! To finish simply garnish with a cocktail cherry and chocolate syrup. The trick is making it look as good as the one in the picture...
