The Ride for Hambo cycle is a four-day ride across the beautiful south of France taking place from 27-30 September. Along the 500km route from Toulouse you'll peddle past a World Heritage Site in Albi, locals who speak an ancient dialect in Millau and a Roman amphitheatre in Nimes, ahead of your arrival in the coastal city of Marseille.

The trip includes all your accommodation, a dedicated cycle support team, breakfast and lunch for each day, as well as a welcome dinner and celebratory final evening. You'll also be joined by a range of different rugby stars including Mike Tindall, Austin Healey and Louis Deacon.

Whether you're a keen cyclist or just enjoy a Sunday afternoon ride, this is a great challenge to raise money for an incredible cause. Expect glorious sunshine, breathtaking views, fine food all while raising money for the Matt Hampson Foundation.

Entry is £1,350 per rider, plus £1,500 sponsorship to be raised via Just Giving. To book your place visit ourlegend.com

The Matt Hampson Foundation aim is to provide advice, support, relief and treatment for anyone suffering serious injury or disability which has arisen from any cause, but in particular in or training for any sport, sporting activity or other form of physical education.
