London’s most luxurious whisky festival is returning to London for its fifth outing at One Whitehall Place on 4-5 December.

The Telegraph Whisky Experience will feature world-renowned whisky experts, new masterclasses and will provide over 100 whiskies from around the world.

This year, familiar and fresh brands will feature. You can expect to see Glengoyne, Glenmorangie, Paul John, Deanston and The Macallan. Glenfiddich returns to the event, whilst Omar becomes the first Taiwanese whisky to showcase. Fever-Tree will also be introducing a range of mixers designed for your favourite spirit.

The private whisky fair will be hosted by world-renowned whisky expert Charles MacLean along with Sunday Brunch regulars Neil Ridley and Joel Harrison, who will help connoisseurs and those new to whisky find their perfect dram.

Charles MacLean comments: “The Telegraph Whisky Experience is now a firm fixture in the diaries of whisky enthusiasts, and this – the fifth such event – is the biggest so far, with more whiskies to taste, more masterclasses and an extended menu."

Exclusive to the 2017 lineup are three new masterclasses. Guests can choose from ‘The Power of Aroma’ by The Macallan which will take an in-depth look into the Macallan range and will feature brand new release, Edition 3. Wine and Spirit Education Trust present ‘Whisky: Behind the Barrel’ which aims to provide an insight into the process of spirit making. ‘Best of Both Worlds’ will also compare malts from Glenmorangie and Ardbeg.

The Telegraph Whisky Experience Ticket, which includes a welcome tasting, access to the private whisky fair, a three-course meal and an engraved Glencairn industry standard tasting glass, is priced at £75. The Masterclass Experience Upgrade Ticket, which gives guests a choice of one of the three masterclasses will cost £90.
