An evening with Ed Sheeran, Annie Mac, and Dermot O’Leary
Watch Ed Sheeran and Annie Mac – while raising money for a good cause – by attending this special gig at the London Irish Community Centre
Ed Sheeran and Annie Mac will join forces for a special one-off gig to raise funds for the London Irish Community Centre in Camden.
The duo are in good company: the centre has previously hosted events for likes of Sinead O’Connor, The Pogues and the Irish President.
The intimate event will be hosted by Dermot O’Leary as part of a wider fundraising campaign from the charity to help develop its cultural programme and refurbish the building.
General tickets for the event are on sale for £500 each; guests are also able to donate funds and give pledges on the night to support the LIC in reimagining its cultural programme and refurbishing its historical building.
Annie Mac: “I am very proud of my Irish heritage and am honoured to perform at The London Irish Centre’s fundraising concert. The Centre’s mission of championing Irish culture and community in London is one that is close to my heart, and I’m delighted to support their plans for the years ahead.”
Dermot O’Leary: “It’s a big honour for me to be patron of the London Irish Centre. I'm very proud of my Irish heritage; my parents were part of the post war generation of immigrants who came to London to find a new life, so the London Irish community is one that is very close to my heart. I’m looking forward to helping the London Irish Centre both promote Irish culture and support vulnerable people.”
If Sheeran doesn’t perform Galway Girl we want our money back.
