Running from Tuesday 20 to Saturday 24 June, this year's Royal Ascot promises five days of unparalleled sport, high fashion, and pageantry.

The Royal Meeting is world renowned, offering unforgettable experiences in a unique setting for more than 300 years. Underpinned by a rich and deep-rooted heritage, it has not only survived the rigours of time, but has thrived.

An experience meant to be shared, Royal Ascot is the perfect occasion for socialising and making memories.

The Royal Meeting hosts a choice of four separate enclosures, each with its own ambiance and energy, and has plenty to offer in terms of dining; a three course á la carte luncheon, Champagne afternoon tea or Fine Dining in one of Ascot's restaurants, which in turn offer different cuisines, atmospheres, and views of the racecourse.

This year's chef line-up holds more Michelin stars than any other British sporting event, promising guests an exceptional gastronomic experience in an electric atmosphere that's like nowhere else.

Raymond Blanc OBE

Panoramic, Royal Enclosure

Two Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc will once again take up residence in the prestigious Panoramic Restaurant located in the Royal Enclosure.

Returning to the restaurant for an eighth year, he will be back with a tailored menu and a refined service which promises to be one of the most superb culinary experiences found at the racecourse.

Blanc will be bringing his expertise from Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, A Belmond Hotel, his country house hotel in Oxfordshire that has held two Michelin stars for an astonishing 39 years.

Sally Abé

Holyroodhouse, Royal Enclosure

In 2023, Sally makes her Royal Ascot debut in Holyroodhouse in the Royal Enclosure, having featured on TV's Great British Menu in 2022.

Set within the Royal Enclosure Gardens overlooking the Pre-Parade Ring, the space has been designed with refined interiors inspired by Scottish heritage, with an inside outside feel.

Sally will be serving a tasting menu which draws inspiration from her passion for cooking with the finest British flavours.

Brett Graham

ON 5, Queen Anne Enclosure

Two Michelin-starred Brett returns to Royal Ascot and this year will headline the Queen Anne Enclosure's flagship fine dining restaurant, ON 5.

Chef Patron of The Ledbury, he will be bringing his elegant dishes with modern British flair to his four-course luncheon and the food will also be accompanied by fine wines selected by the sommelier.

Situated on the fifth floor, this glass-fronted restaurant has a spacious trackside viewing balcony and a roof-top terrace offering spectacular views of the track.

Ollie Dabbous

The Sandringham, Royal Enclosure

Co-founder and Executive Chef of Michelin-starred London restaurant HIDE, Ollie returns to host Royal Enclosure restaurant The Sandringham for 2023.

This striking orangery-inspired structure is nestled in a sunny corner of the Lavender Courtyard, just a short stroll from the trackside lawns and the beautiful Royal Enclosure Gardens.

Ollie exploded onto the London food scene in 2012 and has since carved a niche for himself with his simple yet innovative dishes.

To provide a more flexible dining option, Ollie has curated several chef's stations serving appetisers, main courses, desserts, and cheese as well as a signature menu that is served to table.

Simon Rogan

Parade Ring Restaurant, Royal Enclosure

Three Michelin-starred chef Simon returns to Royal Ascot in 2023 for his fifth year to offer the very best in fresh, local, and seasonal produce in the Parade Ring Restaurant for the first time.

His restaurant L'Enclume celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2022 along with receiving the coveted three Michelin star status in the same year, becoming the first restaurant outside of the southeast to hold three stars.

L'Enclume also holds various other renowned awards, including a Michelin Green Star, acknowledging its commitment to sustainability.

Located in the Royal Enclosure, the Parade Ring Restaurant is in the ultimate position to view the horses in the Parade Ring before they head to the track and to see the winning horse enter the Winner's Enclosure before the trophy presentation.

Tom Barnes

The Old Press Room, Royal Enclosure

Executive Head Chef at L'Enclume and Rogan & Co, Tom also joins the line-up of celebrity chefs for his second solo appearance at Royal Ascot. Tom will showcase his talents in The Old Press Room, one of Royal Ascot's best kept secrets as an intimate and exclusive dining experience for just 40 guests.

Tom will present a six-course tasting menu with table service in relaxed surroundings with spectacular trackside views. Each course will be served with accompanying fine wines selected by the L'Enclume sommelier.

The Old Press Room has been reinvented as an inviting restaurant full of charm and character with design features inspired by the press connection.
